Managing the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including setting recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and managing offer negotiations
Collaborating with HRBP and functional leaders to understand and address business needs
Providing expert advice and guidance to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Developing creative sourcing strategies using tools such as referral programs, university partnerships, and employer branding initiatives
Building proactive talent pipelines to ensure a diverse pool of top industry talent and experimenting with new methodologies and tools to continuously improve recruitment outcomes
Wymagania
University degree in HR/Business or a related field
Previous experience in technical recruitment
Direct sourcing skills, such as proficiency in Boolean search methodologies
Advanced proficiency in English and Polish
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to engage with hiring managers at all levels
Resilience, adaptability, attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
Excellent time management skills and a naturally proactive, positive attitude
