Focus
Business roles in EMEA and APAC (main locations: Dubai, Indonesia, Australia).
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, pipeline building, and hiring top talent.
- Define selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods: LinkedIn, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, networking, and employee referrals.
- Foster a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
- Collect, input, and report on recruitment data and metrics.
- Identify new opportunities for process improvement to enhance recruitment strategy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition with full‑cycle recruitment across diverse functions.
- Strong expertise in hiring non‑technical, business‑critical roles (e.g., Sales Managers, Account Executives, Marketing, Finance).
- Solid knowledge of modern candidate selection methods, including competency‑based interviewing (certification or practical experience a plus).
- Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a strategic partner.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting in fast‑paced, hyper‑growth environments (startup or agency background).
- Exposure to both tech and non‑tech hiring, especially commercial and customer‑facing roles driving revenue.
- Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and talent marketing strategies.
