BBH is currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its Finance and Technology functions in Krakow.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be developing hiring and sourcing strategies based on strong market knowledge, including direct search, establishing relationships with professional networks, and employer branding activities. You will be a Trusted Advisor for our business stakeholders. You will be responsible for guiding external as well as internal candidates from the very beginning of the process to the offer stage with the best candidate experience in mind.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading an end-to-end recruitment process from talent identification to successful closing
  • Act as a business advisor and build/maintain close relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, and other recruitment activities
  • Preparing recruiting and sourcing strategy
  • Ensure great Candidate experience throughout the entire process
  • Impact with data, tell the story, apply an analytical approach to recruitment data and provide recommendations
  • Be a market expert, provide managers with market intelligence, share knowledge of the talent landscape

Qualifications:

  • Experience in running end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Customer focus and the ability to manage stakeholders
  • Passion and interest in Finance and IT industry, understanding of market trends
  • Experience in sourcing and candidate attraction
  • Ability to be proactive and to build strong relationships
