Scope: sourcing of candidates, job positing, selecting candidates, leading phone and online interviews, SHL/OPQ assessments, sharing feedbacks, preparing offer conditions and extending final proposals to candidates, taking care of the hiring process
Daily collaboration with Hiring Managers, defining their needs, advising and guiding them throughout the whole recruitment cycle
Administrating all the recruitment activities in ATS
Preparing market mappings, and sharing market knowledge with managers
Taking care of candidate experience throughout the whole recruitment process
WYMAGANIA:
Fluency in English
