We’re on a mission to scale a team of 1,000+ field sales reps across Europe by the end of the year, and we’re looking for a passionate, people-drivenRecruitment Resourcer to help us get there. You’ll play a crucial role in building high-performing sales teams across multiple markets by sourcing, engaging, and qualifying top talent.

? What you’ll do
- ? Source top sales talent across Europe using a mix of tools — job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and outreach campaigns
- ? Screen and qualify candidates, ensuring a great fit with our field sales culture and role expectations
- ? Support pipeline delivery goals — helping us hire 20–25 new sales reps per month
- ? Collaborate across markets, helping local hiring teams fill urgent roles quickly and effectively
- ? Keep our systems up to date — managing candidates in our ATS and tracking outreach metrics
- ? Be a talent champion — delivering an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer
? What you bring to the table
- ? Some experience in sourcing, recruitment coordination, or a people-focused role (agency or in-house)
- ✨ Strong communication and organisational skills — youre confident, personable, and detail-oriented
- ? A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for talent to apply, you go out and find them
- ? Comfortable with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, or similar ATS/CRMs
- ? Able to manage multiple priorities and enjoy working in a target-driven environment
