Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent English;
- French - minimum B2 level;
- Recruitment Administration process and SLA management experience;
- Service management and ticket management system experience;
- Experience of using HR Management systems, e.g. Oracle, SAP, would be beneficial;
- Strong proven administration skills – experience within a busy HR environment
Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for day-to-day maintenance of Recruitment admin processes to ensure 100% data integrity and confidentiality of all employee records;
- Acting as an admin support to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR BPs;
- Providing staffing support with a goal of filling open roles with qualified talents while achieving target metrics (i.e. Time-to-Accept, Time-to-Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores);
- Acting as a point of contact for employees and managers for all administrative queries and provision of administrative support;
- Delivering services at the defined SLAs/KPIs and driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement, ensuring a consistent and high level of customer service and operational excellence.
