We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Researcher.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates’ resumes for positions of different levels: from beginner to top management;
- Analyze and evaluate resumes, understand labor market trends in the IT industry;
- Conduct telephone interviews with candidates;
- Effectively use candidate sourcing tools and record the results in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Experience sourcing non-tech roles for at least 6 months;
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in English;
- Activity in professional social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn);
- Willingness to learn.
