We are looking for a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner with German to join our TA team spread across Poland and Denmark. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success by spearheading our recruitment efforts and enhancing our employer brand.
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process from start to finish and enhancing our employer brand to attract top talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct 2nd interviews, and facilitate the offer process. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting Orifarm as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives in close collaboration with our Communications team.
Your tasks will include:
We expect you to hold a Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field and have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. We expect you to have strong communications and interpersonal skills additionally the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. We expect you to have an advanced level of English, German and Polish skills, as you will collaborate with different stakeholders from various locations, with a special focus on our sales countries.
