Talent Acquisition Partner TECH - Wroclaw

We have recently closed a financial transaction to merge with TIER. Together we create the European champion of shared micro-mobility, with revenues of €250m, supporting over 125M trips a year in more than 20 countries.
About the role
We are a close-knit, mission-driven, and ambitious TA team of 6, based across Europe (Netherlands, Germany, and Spain). We are looking for a seasoned Recruiter who can bring in additional experience hiring for tech teams.
What you’ll do
- Help us build powerful teams that will Change the Future of Mobility Together (not limited to, but with a strong focus on tech roles);
- Manage the Recruitment process from A-Z;
- Collaborate with our Hiring Managers to specify the requirements for the role (in line with our internal job matrix and salary house) and a solid process flow;
- Create and deploy a strategy to source and attract the best candidates;
- Manage the progress of each application with a strong, highly automated flow (application reviews, interview scheduling, collecting and conveying feedback, etc.);
- Conduct screening interviews and manage candidate engagement throughout the process;
- Ensure a solid decision is made with enough time but not too long;
- Create offers in close collaboration with the hiring manager and the People team, and negotiate them with successful candidates;
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the TA team (and with People Ops) to ensure a smooth process and continuously improve the TA function.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, hiring for a mix of tech and business roles;
- Experience actively sourcing for tech roles;
- Based in Poland (in or near Wroclaw) with an established network in the local tech scene;
- Experience hiring across different countries;
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills;
- High commitment to quality of hire and candidate experience;
- A true passion for TA, strong opinions on TA topics (process automation, tools, sourcing, candidate experience, etc.), and an eagerness to stay in touch with new developments;
- Excited to proactively contribute with your expertise to the improvement of the overall TA function - we’re a very collaborative team, where everyone takes up projects and helps build a more best-in-class approach to hiring;
- Proficient in a modern workplace set-up (Google Suite, Slack, HiBob, JIRA - or similar tools) and a very sophisticated ATS user (we currently work with Greenhouse);
- Desire to keep on learning and growing, both personally and professionally.
