The Role
We look for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner with a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities. The role is based in Łódź, Poland, and is part of our growing global People & Culture function.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage top talent across all levels, working at pace on multiple requisitions through innovative search strategies and strategic partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring teams, ensuring efficiency and high-quality hiring experiences for roles from entry-level to senior leadership.
- Negotiate competitive offers for candidates at various experience levels, from mid to senior.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and People & Culture colleagues to drive attraction efforts.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, assessment tools, and interview techniques, including developing and delivering training for hiring leaders.
- Conduct candidate assessments and interviews with a balanced approach of care and curiosity.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
What Were Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience as an experienced recruiter or consultant manager, preferably with a background in building talent pipelines and networks.
- Demonstrable experience recruiting in Europe and direct sourcing for candidates.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- A skilled interviewer with a passion for understanding human behavior through competency‑based recruitment and interview techniques.
- A self‑starter and quick learner who thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment.
- Structured, self‑driven, solution‑oriented, proactive, and consultative approach.
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience working within recruitment.
