About the role:

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.

Location: Poland (remote in Country)

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing full life cycle recruiting. Ensure it is effective, simple, and smooth.
• Owning recruitment plans for Americas and EMEA countries, partnering with hiring managers and HR COEs to co-create local talent acquisition strategy.
• Proactively identifying and attracting qualified candidates by using sourcing techniques, posting, and reviewing active applications.
• Conducting phone and online video interviews with candidates.
• Creating a fantastic candidate and hiring manager experience, building long-term relationships.

Stakeholder Management:

• Providing talent insights, consultation, and recommendations to internal customers, both business and HR, on talent market, hiring trends, and external competition.
• Involving hiring managers and HR COEs in various talent acquisition activities focused on attracting candidates in short and long term perspective to develop successful recruitment strategies and create talent pipelines.

Global and EMEA Talent Acquisition Improvements:

• Strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Participating in regional and global talent acquisition projects.
• Championing newly implemented changes and recruitment strategies throughout the organization.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• 4+ years’ experience as a successful Talent Acquisition Partner and/or Talent Sourcer focused on results and candidate and hiring manager experience (either in-house, RPO, or staffing agency). Tech/Engineering recruiting experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in stakeholder management and expectations management, a team player mentality.
• Successful at creating and executing complex recruitment strategies and techniques.
• Experience with numerous sourcing techniques, including social media. Creating strong partnerships with hiring managers and guiding them through the entire recruitment process.
• A solid understanding of recruiting metrics and how they drive performance.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
