Your responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end crucial recruitment process for top management and directors position within Pelion group in Polish and EMEA market
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing via LinkedIn, networking, social media engagement and referrals to attract talent across Europe
- Candidate Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Pre-screen and interview qualified candidates, facilitate feedback discussions, extend offers to finalists as well as lead negotiations if needed
- Collaboration: Build deep partnerships with hiring managers and teams across our different locations to understand business needs, technical requirements and team dynamics while providing high quality consultation on sourcing strategies and challenges
- Improvements: Participating in projects to enhance recruitment process and tools to boost efficiency and quality of recruitment team work
Our requirements
- At least 7+ years of experience in leading end-to-end talent acquisition process for senior level positions in Poland as well as in EMEA market in recruitment agency
- Hands‑on experience with effective sourcing and attraction of passive candidates via various methods like networking, social media engagement, and referrals
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels as well as capability to approach sensitive topics with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload
- Fluency in English
