Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Strategic Candidate Sourcing
- Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and craft tailored recruitment plans.
- HR Business Partner Alignment
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners to ensure recruitment efforts are consistent with overall workforce planning and organizational goals.
- Employer Brand Promotion
- Serve as a representative of the employer brand, actively engaging with candidates and external audiences to highlight culture and values.
- Candidate Experience Enhancement
- Ensure candidates receive a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Talent Market Insights
- Provide regular updates on labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities to inform recruitment strategies.
- Recruitment Compliance Oversight
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and internal guidelines while ensuring recruitment practices meet ethical standards.
- Keep accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and efficient reporting.
- Recruitment Reporting & Analytics
- Generate and analyze recruitment performance reports to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Diversity & Inclusion Advocacy
- Actively contribute to diversity-focused hiring initiatives and support inclusive recruitment practices.
- Engage in regional and global talent acquisition projects, including process optimization, technology improvements, and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Talent Acquisition Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a multinational or matrixed environment.
- Labor Market Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the Polish labor market, including local employment regulations and hiring practices.
- Fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage.
- Technical Skills
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday or SuccessFactors, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with candidates and stakeholders.
- Negotiation Abilities
- Proven skills in offer negotiation and closing candidates successfully.
- Stakeholder Management
- Strong capability to collaborate with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Independence & Initiative
- Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of recruitment tasks and initiatives.
- Proficiency in managing multiple recruitment priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to identify recruitment challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Adaptability & Flexibility
- Comfortable adapting to changing business needs and adjusting recruitment strategies accordingly.
