The scope of the role is all European countries in which we are currently developing our commercial presence. Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment for European countries and a variety of roles, including commercial operations, IT, finance, and more. Experience in recruitment for pharmaceutical companies is nice to have, but not a must.
- Fluent English (C1+); Spanish is considered a big advantage due to several recruitments you will support in our Madrid office.
- Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn and other digital platforms for talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of European labour markets and cultural nuances is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

We want someone who is proactive and passionate about recruitment, and who can interest candidates not only in the role but also in the company itself. The pharmaceutical industry is fascinating, and the flat structures at ALK attract independent individuals who enjoy being close to the decision‑making process.
ALK provides a uniquely dynamic and pleasant work environment, complete with inspiring and challenging assignments. You will be part of an engaged and informal team who values skill and knowledge creation, where you will be able to actively influence and challenge the status quo.
