Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial vacancy intake through to offer creation and contract negotiation
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job profiles and provide strategic guidance throughout the hiring process
Draft and publish compelling job adverts across appropriate platforms
Proactively identify and engage candidates through channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networks, and events
Coordinate and conduct interviews, facilitating a positive, inclusive experience for both candidates and hiring teams
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Deliver training sessions on recruitment processes and system usage to hiring teams when needed
Establish and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, helping them to become ambassadors for Sonova in target talent spaces
Build, maintain, and leverage talent pools for future hiring needs
Support and lead projects related to talent acquisition and recruitment marketing, as well as broader initiatives in HR and beyond
Employer requirements
5–7 years of experience in a dedicated Talent Acquisition role within a global organization, ideally with a blend of in-house and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) experience.
Fluent in English and German—both written and spoken.
Proven track record in recruiting, across the EMEA region.
Strong sourcing expertise using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, HRIS, and other recruiting platforms and technologies.
Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and candidate relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to recruit diverse talent across mid to senior levels, and build trusted relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
Comfortable conducting interviews, managing offers, and negotiating employment contracts.
Proficient with MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media tools, and modern ATS systems.
Strong interpersonal and professional traits, including being performance-driven, reliable, communicative, organized, discreet, and eager to continuously learn and improve.
Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
