Talent Acquisition Partner



Your responsibilities

  • Recruit for Global HQ Roles: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently, focusing on hiring top talent across various teams at our global headquarters to support our growing organisation.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on attracting the best candidates.
  • Innovate Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to engage a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Champion Our Employer Brand: Act as a brand ambassador for Oviva, showcasing our values and culture to prospective candidates and enhancing our reputation in the market.

Our requirements

  • Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, in-house or at an agency.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. B2 in German is a plus!
  • Diversity Advocate: A passion for creating a diverse and inclusive workforce, committed to providing a fair and positive candidate experience.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team environment while contributing to shared goals.
  • B2 in German is a plus!
