Working within the Mass Hiring Recruitment Team and reporting to the Mass Hiring & Enablement Lead, in this role you will strongly partner with the local Operations leader to oversee, manage and facilitate the end-to-end recruitment of front line positions.

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner with our Operations leaders, connecting with them to understand their current and future needs. You will work with them to define what success looks like, create local targeted branding campaigns to attract candidates and work with Workforce Management on the planning/forecasting of future inductions.

You will provide your market knowledge on the best sourcing strategy, develop and facilitate branding campaigns, facilitate the screening of candidates, provide recommendations of candidates to leaders, and follow up to ensure a strong quality of candidate and placements.

Additionally you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to our Operations Leaders, Workforce Management, and the global recruitment team.
  • Creating an exceptional candidate experience from application through to offer/onboarding.
  • Partnering with the business to ensure strong conversion performance, quality of hiring, and closing the loop, updating the sourcing strategy where needed.
  • Managing social media for recruitment purposes as per the Company guidelines.
  • Working to identify todays and tomorrows staffing needs; anticipating, designing and implementing recruitment strategy to meet these needs.
  • Developing and deploying a variety of cost-effective sourcing channels - generating a diversity of candidates, attracting highly competitive talent, building university relationships, and identifying new strategic sourcing opportunities.

Key requirements/What you bring:

  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Experience working/partnering as the intermediary or account management ensuring performance delivery.
  • Experience in facilitating behavioral interviews, use of assessments, and new ways of assessing candidates suitability.
  • Experience in using strategic sourcing methods to proactively source for candidates and build recruitment campaigns.
  • Prior use of talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise and collaborate with senior business/Functional Heads.
  • Strong ability to influence and show resilience navigating through demand and business requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written in English is a must.
  • Polish native and German minimum B2 level.
