TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER, LOCAL OPERATIONS (CEE & Baltics)
Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland
Reports to TAA Head and is responsible for advising and executing sourcing strategies in the region to bring in the right talent for the business.
Expectations
- Responsible for on‑time delivery of talent to the business by effective utilization of sourcing strategies
- Build trusted partnerships with Business and HR stakeholders; understand and cater to the hiring needs, capabilities, knowledge requirements & gaps
- Lead the delivery of a seamless recruitment process to the organization; effectively contribute to process‑improvement measures essential for future HR transformations
- Develop and nurture potential leads through relevant hiring communities and events
- Deliver superior hiring manager and candidate experiences
- Generate brand recall for Maersk as an Employer of Choice by driving and supporting the talent attraction strategy catering to varied candidate segments
- Advocate and champion diversity and university hiring initiatives to enable Maersk to achieve its diversity ambition
- Talent advisor to the business on talent demographics, market and competitor intelligence
Key Interdependencies
- Internal stakeholders: Extended TAA team, HRBPs, People partners, People advisors, CEN TAA team, Employees and Managers
- External stakeholders: Vendors, IBM, Potential candidates, recruitment community forums, universities / campus
Critical Competencies
- 10–15+ years of recruiting experience
- Knowledge and proven track record in implementing candidate engagement initiatives, executing digital campaigns
- Thought partnership, detail & result orientation, communication, stakeholder management, problem‑solving skills
