Job Description

• Lead a regional talent acquisition team located in a number of countries.
• Partner with leaders across business functions to deliver tailored hiring solutions aligned with company objectives.
• Support growth in through scalable and innovative recruitment strategies.
• Recruit for high-priority roles while mentoring team members to adopt best practices.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering professional growth and effectiveness.
• Enhance recruitment processes by leveraging technology and data for improved efficiency.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion principles across all recruitment initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• Several years of experience and a successful track record in talent acquisition experience, including on global or regional levels.
• Strong interest in technology-driven recruitment and data-based decision-making.
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to manage high-growth, matrixed environments.
• Demonstrated ability to combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English and Polish; additional languages are an advantage.
