- Committed to give hiring managers proactive support
- Ensure recruitment complies with guidelines and regulations
- Deliver on hiring plans and role priorities
- Source candidates through multiple channels
- Screen candidates for skills and cultural fit
- Post and manage job ads across platforms
- Ensure the use of ATS system complies with guidelines
- Support process improvements and recruitment reporting
- Provide clear communication and a positive candidate experience
Wymagania
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Higher education (bachelor’s degree)
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Committed to support, continuously improve and share best practice
- Experience in Shared Service environment is beneficial
- Experience in working in ATS system and knowledge of sourcing methods is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in any languages other than English is considered a strong asset
