TheTalent AcquisitionConsultantwill play a key role in sourcing, recruiting, andretainingtop talent for Bowen Health. This position will proactivelyidentifyand engage candidates for the most suitable open positions whileutilizingvarious recruiting platforms. TheConsultantwill collaborate with hiring managers to develop strategic recruitment solutions, research new talent sources, and serve as the primary contact for the Applicant Tracking System.Additionally, this role will act as a community and university liaison, coordinating recruiting initiatives, internship programs, and partnerships to strengthen Bowen Health’s talent pipeline. By providing career coaching, theConsultantwill support staff inidentifyingcareer goals, building career paths, and achieving professional growth. With a strong focus on high-quality customer service, this position will ensureaseamlessrecruitment experience for both applicants and hiring teams whilemaintainingknowledge of HR functions, laws, and policies.
Duties/Responsibilities:

- Proactively and efficientlysourcefor candidates that canthemost suitable open positions.
- Utilize and be well versed in all Recruiting/Talent Acquisition platforms (HRIS System, LinkedIn,HireVue, Glassdoor, etc.)
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Work with hiring managers to find solutions to their recruitment and hiring needs.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Primary contact for the Applicant Tracking System.
- Provide high quality customer service to applicants and the community.
- Coordinate community and college recruiting initiatives, including attending events.
- Facilitate administrative pieces of Internships/Practicums in assignedarea.
- Cultivates relationships with industry professionals and networks with college placement officers.
- Actively connect with universities,maintainknowledge of Bowen Health’s internship programs, andestablishnew university partnerships and benefits.
- Be the community liaison for recruiting needs.
- Obtain a working knowledge of all human resources functions, reports, laws and policies and procedures.
- Function as a career coach by helpingstaff byunderstand their career goals, build career paths, and help them achieve professional growth aspirations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Strong ability to work with hiring managers, applicants, and community partners to develop effective recruitment and retention strategies.
- Proficiencyin Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS platforms, and knowledge of HR policies, laws, and best practices.
- Ability to research new talent acquisition methods, recommend innovative recruitment solutions, and adjust strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Ability to uphold confidentiality when working with sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently as a team member within the Human Capital Management (HCM) Department.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:High School Diploma or GEDrequired. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience:Minimum of one (1) year of Recruiting experience.
- Certificate or Professional License:HRCI or SHRM Certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and activeautoinsurancecoverage.
- Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks
