Koch Business Solutions is looking for a Recruitment Partner with German Fluency. As the Koch Recruiter, you will play a vital role in enabling the organization’s strategic vision through developing and cultivating internal and external talent channels.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to advise on designing and implementing solutions that will answer talent needs.

Our Team

You will join the EMEA Koch Recruitment Team providing Talent Acquisition services all over the Region.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  1. Build and manage consultative relationships with candidates, HR Business Partners, and hiring leaders across a variety of countries/locations across the EMEA region.
  2. Design and activate strategic talent channels to build high-impact pipelines of talent.
  3. Develop and execute sourcing strategies, screen/submit candidates, and conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure effective fulfilment of positions in a timely manner.
  4. Consistently create an incredible candidate experience to drive positive employment brand awareness.
  5. Determine best approaches to discover top talent through direct search, professional networking, referrals, social media, job boards, and recruitment partnerships to deliver quality candidates in an efficient and effective manner.
  6. Support optimization initiatives of recruiting process/tools/systems.
  7. Manage ongoing relationships with recruiting-related vendors to ensure satisfactory and compliant standards of service.

The Experience You Will Bring

  1. Proven experience in recruitment within an in-house setting or within an agency.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  3. Advanced user of recruiting technologies, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and other related systems and tactics.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  5. Demonstrates strong initiative and is a self-starter.
  6. Ability to earn the trust and respect at all levels across the organization through leading by example and setting high personal and ethical standards.
  7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage various types of roles and internal stakeholders.

What Will Put You Ahead

  1. Knowledge of any additional European Language.
  2. Knowledge and/or aptitude to learn EU compliance/employment laws and practices.
