For this role we are open to a hybrid set-up with few days a week presence in one of our manufacturing sites: Oława, Kutno, or Bełchatów (depending on candidate’s preference/location).

About the role:

In this role you will join an amazing Polish HR Team and cooperate closely with our colleagues from Regional and Global Talent Teams. Your focus will be to help us strengthen our Employer Brand, candidates’ experience and once having new colleagues onboard support them through onboarding and career development.

This role offers plenty of space for creativity, process improvement, and relationship building both within the company as well as with our external partners.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering the business to gain a deep understanding of their requirements for all vacancies and pipelining activities.
  • Provide advice and direction on best practice sourcing channels, selection methodologies, and share market intelligence.
  • Responsible for delivering an optimum candidate management experience throughout the candidate journey from sourcing through to onboarding.
  • Facilitate performance management process by providing support to our colleagues and the business and to complete the process effectively to the agreed timetable and quality.
  • Identify targeted local talent development needs and put in place appropriate talent interventions to develop the bench-strength and diversity of the talent pipeline in line with the corporate framework.

  • Passion for building and developing organizations.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to build rational business cases for Talent acquisition and development projects.
  • Experienced in using social media as a form of attraction and direct hire recruitment, including the engagement of passive candidates.
  • Proven ability to both source and attract diverse candidates, utilizing creative sourcing techniques.
  • Possess excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence a dedicated stakeholder group, delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • Proficiency in English, strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Learning agile and change-oriented, able to deploy thought leadership and innovative practice in a pragmatic and outcome-focused way.
  • Lean mindset with experience of building talent investment cases and managing budgets.
