Informacje o stanowisku

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR,
  • Hands‑on approach and ability to manage multiple processes,
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills,
  • Good organization and attention to detail,
  • Very good English (minimum B2),
  • Willingness to work both operationally and project‑based,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Familiarity with eRecruiter system and AI Tools is a plus.

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for project and administrative roles,
  • Build partnership and trusting relationship with hiring managers in understanding their staffing requirements,
  • Source candidates globally and build talent pools using both mainstream and niche channels,
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience,
  • Lead recruitment campaigns and employer branding activities (social media, conferences, fairs, meetups),
  • Organize and perform onboarding process,
  • Coordinate internal and external trainings and courses,
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives,
  • Deliver regular reports and analyses to manager within assigned areas of responsibility.
