Talent Acquisition Advisor with German language

Join Mondelēz International as a Talent Acquisition Advisor focused on our DACH organization (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). In this role you will lead the full‑cycle recruitment process, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and build a strong pipeline of top talent. Fluent German and English are required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for the DACH region, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, maintaining a robust talent pipeline.
  • Screen applicants, conduct interviews, evaluate qualifications and cultural fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and department heads, offering guidance on best practices and interview techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and keep accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring decisions.
  • Drive employer branding activities in social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram) by creating engaging content and developing innovative strategies.
  • Create and manage labor contracts for new hires.
  • Adhere to and optimize standardized recruitment processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management tools (CRM) is preferred.
  • Fluent in German and English.
