Responsibilities
- Creating the Operating Company supply plan, balancing constraints to achieve optimal results
- Coordinating and collaborating with Operating Company stakeholders as the key contact for all Supply planning questions
- Tracking local product availability and inventory levels versus targets
- Contributing to S&OP meetings in preparation of analytics, scenarios & risks / opportunities
- Coordinating and collaborating with Senior Supply Planner Europe and NPI planner Europe
- Supporting continuous improvement and capability building in the Supply planning function
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of supply planning, scheduling
- At least 2 years work experience in planning in the consumer goods industry
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships and trust with a good cultural awareness
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills (familiarity with PowerBI would be an asset)
- Experience with advanced planning tools
- Very good written and verbal English (min. B2)
