• We are seeking a Data Professional who enjoys both building robust data solutions and providing direct support to end-users.
• Youll be a key player, using your technical skills to create impactful data visualizations and your communication skills to troubleshoot issues and assist stakeholders at all levels.

• Act as a primary point of contact for our internal teams, managing and resolving incoming support tickets related to our data platforms
• Troubleshoot issues within Tableau dashboards and assist with query issues in Snowflake
• Utilize your analytical skills to diagnose data issues, find solutions, and contribute to the smooth operation of our data ecosystem
• Handle user access requests for Snowflake and Tableau, ensuring data security and integrity
• Create, develop, and maintain high-quality dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau Desktop and Server
• Write and optimize Snowflake SQL queries to support reporting and analytics
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand their requirements
• Help deliver effective and scalable BI solutions

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboard development, troubleshooting, and advanced use)
• Mid-level proficiency in Snowflake (querying, data access, and optimization)
• A blend of experience as a data professional, with a background in either hands-on development or a data-related customer-facing role
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• A proactive mindset and a keen attention to detail
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
