We are seeking a Data Professional who enjoys both building robust data solutions and providing direct support to end-users.
Youll be a key player, using your technical skills to create impactful data visualizations and your communication skills to troubleshoot issues and assist stakeholders at all levels.
responsibilities :
Act as a primary point of contact for our internal teams, managing and resolving incoming support tickets related to our data platforms
Troubleshoot issues within Tableau dashboards and assist with query issues in Snowflake
Utilize your analytical skills to diagnose data issues, find solutions, and contribute to the smooth operation of our data ecosystem
Handle user access requests for Snowflake and Tableau, ensuring data security and integrity
Create, develop, and maintain high-quality dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau Desktop and Server
Write and optimize Snowflake SQL queries to support reporting and analytics
Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand their requirements
Help deliver effective and scalable BI solutions
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboard development, troubleshooting, and advanced use)
Mid-level proficiency in Snowflake (querying, data access, and optimization)
A blend of experience as a data professional, with a background in either hands-on development or a data-related customer-facing role
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
A proactive mindset and a keen attention to detail
Fluent Polish required
