Were seeking a motivated and proactive Tableau & Snowflake Support Specialist/Developer to join our dynamic Data & Analytics team.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining and evolving our BI platform by building efficient dashboards, optimizing Snowflake queries, managing access rights, and responding to support needs from internal teams.
Tableau & Snowflake Support Specialist / Developer
Your responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of support for internal teams, managing support tickets, resolving Tableau dashboard issues, and assisting with Snowflake-related queries.
- Investigate and resolve data-related issues using analytical skills and domain knowledge to ensure platform reliability.
- Administer user access to Snowflake and Tableau, maintaining security, compliance, and data integrity.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality dashboards in Tableau Desktop and Server.
- Write and optimize Snowflake SQL queries to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Partner with both business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, respond to inquiries, and help deliver scalable BI solutions.
Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a data or BI-related role.
- Senior-level proficiency in Tableau: dashboard development, troubleshooting, user support.
- Mid-level experience with Snowflake: querying, access control, and performance optimization.
- Background in data development and/or data-focused customer support roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and ability to independently manage priorities.
- Familiarity with other BI tools or data platforms.
- Experience in agile or cross-functional team environments.
