We are seeking a Tableau Cloud Administrator to join a dynamic team on a project for a client in the medical industry. The company is revolutionizing data-driven decision-making through an advanced analytics ecosystem powered by Tableau Cloud. In this role, you will oversee, optimize, and govern the Tableau Cloud environment, ensuring seamless operations and supporting business intelligence initiatives. You will collaborate with business users, data engineers, and analytics teams to enhance data visualization and reporting.

Your tasks

• Manage and administer Tableau Cloud, including user provisioning, permissions, and role-based access control
• Monitor and optimize Tableau Cloud performance, extract refresh schedules, and workload distribution
• Troubleshoot performance issues, user access problems, and dashboard load times
• Govern published data sources, virtual connections, and security configurations in collaboration with IT teams
• Support business users in maintaining and optimizing dashboards and data sources
• Automate administrative tasks using Tableau REST API and optimize data query performance

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience administering Tableau Cloud (or over 2 years on Tableau Server)
• Expertise in Tableau user management, permissions, security administration, and cloud data sources such as Redshift
• Hands-on experience with Tableau REST API and automation techniques
• Strong understanding of data connections, including extracts vs. live queries and performance tuning
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to dashboards, extracts, and site performance
• Excellent command of the English language
• Residing in Poland required
