Your tasks

• coordinate the process of data collection and validation to provide input to regular financial cycles ensuring high quality of input;
• regularly monitor the financial metrics and the objectives, provide conclusions and recommendations to the stakeholders;
• coordinate talent forecasting process focused on financial and operational outcomes including budget and reforecast on a regular cadence;
• work closely with talent acquisition and finance teams to ensure the alignment from an operational and financial perspective.
