Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) DACH position gives you the opportunity to have a large impact on our growth journey. While there is no typical day on the team, you’ll have exposure to a variety of areas, including:
- Coordination & Operations: Master the fundamentals that drive our recruitment efforts by managing external job postings, creating employment contracts, organizing background screenings and processing reimbursements. Working closely with our hiring managers and candidates, you’ll help support every step of the recruiting administration process.
- Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador and be the first point of contact to help thousands of candidates understand Mondelez International is a great place to work. Manage candidate communications and guide them through the interview process from application to hire.
- Audit: Own the Talent Acquisition Audit process for TAC DACH.

What We Look For
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) – essential for supporting Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- Work experience in Administration, Customer Services, Recruitment Administration or HR Administration.
- Demonstrated interest or background in recruitment or human capital.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and confidence presenting to internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Dependability and a team‑oriented mindset.
