TA Advisor – Early in Careers
We have a great opportunity for an experienced University / Early Careers Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team. This role will see you take on a position within the Global EIC (Early in Careers) TA team, supporting the hiring for specific business areas and service lines across Cushman & Wakefield EMEA. You will be reporting into the Director of Specialty Talent Segments in the US and work with senior stakeholders in the business to design, implement, and improve recruitment processes and performance across the Early in Careers function for Europe. Adding value is crucial; you will be a curious individual with an ability to spot opportunities, using data and insight in a meaningful way through regular meetings with senior stakeholders to design programs specifically for the Interns, Apprentices, and Graduates we hire both ad‑hoc and on cyclical schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with key stakeholders to understand resource requirements and develop resourcing strategies that meet current and future organizational needs.
- Creating, delivering, and implementing sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines for immediate and future needs.
- Devising and implementing recruitment plans, campaigns, and activities within agreed deadlines, ensuring recruiting managers are properly consulted and informed.
- Acting as the recruitment subject matter expert on EIC resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost‑effective, and timely solutions.
- Working with Universities, planning events both in office and at schools to build relationships and support a robust University relations program for EMEA.
Knowledge & Experience
- Experience recruiting volume campaigns as well as unique roles with subject‑matter expertise around both internal and external markets.
- Proven experience proactively managing recruitment (pragmatic and hands‑on) within a Professional Services business.
- Credible ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, agency suppliers, and search firms to identify effective partners.
- Personable, engaging, and able to impact effectively at all levels.
