You will join the Temenos T24 technical support team in the CBP Technology and Infrastructure block.
responsibilities :
Participating in hands-on analysis and troubleshooting of any reported technical issues in prioritized order in cooperation with experts from various other CBP teams and Temenos.
Co-operating with experts from Temenos to ensure that the identified product problems are understood and resolved in Temenos.
Supporting CBPs various migration and release deployment events that usually take place on weekends.
Supporting CBPs functional and non-functional testing activities (especially performance testing).
Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating different kinds of technical risks.
Planning, implementing, and testing different kinds of technical features and improvements in CBP as much as there is time left after issue troubleshooting activities,
requirements-expected :
Some years hands-on technical experience from working with Temenos T24/Transact (see below the more detailed list of Temenos-specific skills)
Good analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging skills for functional and non-functional issues.
Application development or engineering background including experience in deploying applications.
Solid knowledge and experience with Oracle stack (Database, WebLogic, Oracle Service Bus).
Experience in Linux and multi-server environments.
Hands-on experience in scripting tools and programming languages like Java.
Good communication skills, fluent English.
