We are seeking a Technical Coordinator with operational experience and Telco knowledge to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily focus on

• Keeping in control all technical aspects of the changes and incidents
• Planning and coordinating efforts related to the lifecycle management of products and services, both within the unit and with peers across the organization.
• Performing technical and functional testing
• Following up on post-mortem incident reviews, challenging the suppliers and partners on a technical level.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing packet core network nodes and related IT systems within the IP access service chain.
• Managing the Plan-Build-Accept-Run cycles of changes and environments deployed globally.
• Monitoring the capacity and performance of supervised network components based on usage and provided forecasts.

Wymagania

Your profile:

• A high level of understanding of technology aspects related to the packet core network domain
• Knowledge of IP networking (BGP, GRE), firewalling, virtualization principles, and cloud concepts
• Analytical and structural thinking
• Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) is essential
• The ideal candidate will possess a blend of coordination and technical skills. A technical background related to networking (ideally 3GPP based architecture) is highly desirable.

Travel Requirements:

• Minimal travel, planned in advance if necessary.
