responsibilities :
Execution of Incident, Request, Problem, Change Management processes.
Definition of service quality KPIs reflecting service quality and customer experience (e.g. success/response rate, response/roundtrip time, availability, stability, DL/UL speed, utilization)
Documentation of High Level E2E service architecture (service chain), including responsibility split
Regular updates of Knowledge Base, On-Call procedures, Expert Advices.
Technical contact person for internal and external partners and Customers in the area of responsibility.
Support for SLA/OLA & ITIL processes development and
Support for E2E monitoring planning & optimization (Sigos/GlobalRoamer).
Support for a new demands / projects – to achieve operational readiness before commercial service launch.
Analysis of customer incidents using various network tools (e.g. ELK/Protocol Analyzer)
Analysis of service behavior based on available monitoring and performance counters
Handling of incident / problem tickets in SM / CRM tools (e.g. HP Service Manager)
End-to-end support of new setups/changes/cancellations between IP VPN customer and Telekom technicians. (IPSEC tunnel setup, APN setup - basic testing & troubleshooting)
End-to-End testing of IPVPN / APN connections with different test-devices and sim cards – change validation process
Processing of orders / changes via ticket-systems (SM / CRM tools)
Processing of Jira demands/orders via Kanban/Sprint logic (Atlassian Jira / Confluence)

Basic - Mobile Network topology and services understanding (2/3/4/5G)
Basic - Cloud Solutions background – client side – good to understand AWS deployments/integration
