responsibilities :
Managing vendor relationships, including contracts, service SLAs, quality, lifecycle, capacity, and performance
Planning and coordinating efforts related to the lifecycle management of products and services, both within the unit and with peers across the organization
Interfacing with internal stakeholders regarding project demands and product requirements
Participating in planned changes and functional acceptance testing
Following up on post-mortem incident reviews.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing packet core network nodes and related IT systems within the IP access service chain
Managing the Plan-Build-Accept-Run cycles of changes and environments deployed globally
Reviewing quality, SLAs, and KPIs
Monitoring the capacity and performance of supervised network components based on usage and provided forecasts
requirements-expected :
Experience in vendor management
Technical project coordination/management
Technology background
A high level of understanding of technology aspects related to the domain packet core network (optional but beneficial)
Also optional, but beneficial: Knowledge of IP networking (BGP, GRE), firewalling, virtualization principles, and cloud concepts
Analytical and structural thinking
Team-oriented mindset
Perfect communication skills and creativity
Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) is essential
