responsibilities :
Drive service quality assurance for telecommunications networks, with a focus on monitoring, analysis, and improvement of voice and data performance
Develop and implement monitoring concepts and processes to achieve high operational standards
Conduct trace analysis in the environment of IMS, 4G, and 5G data streams (including decoding, correlation, and validation)
Support project teams in designing, planning, and executing quality assurance initiatives
Work collaboratively within an agile team and coordinate with international partners as needed
requirements-expected :
Strong knowledge of mobile and (ideally) landline technologies and protocols.
Practical experience with IP network technologies and protocols.
Basic Linux skills.
High self-motivation and a passion for service quality and continuous improvement.
Strong teamwork and communication skills; good English required (additional languages a plus).
(Optional) Experience with operational processes in technical environments.
