We are seeking a highly skilled person, who will be responsible for enhancing the monitoring capabilities for our packet core elements, ensuring optimal performance, identifying anomalies and maintaining high availability. This role involves working closely with various teams to design, implement, and manage monitoring solutions that support our network infrastructure.
responsibilities :
Design and Implement Monitoring Solutions: Develop and deploy monitoring tools and systems to track the performance and health of the packet core nodes.
Performance Analysis: Analyse performance metrics and logs to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
Capacity Planning: Collaborate with capacity management teams to ensure the packet gateway can handle current and future load demands.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance monitoring processes and tools, ultimately leading to perfect KPIs levels of monitored platforms and services.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless integration and operation of monitoring solutions.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of monitoring configurations, processes, and incident resolutions.
requirements-expected :
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in network monitoring, preferably with packet core or similar network infrastructure.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and logs to identify trends and issues.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve incidents efficiently.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
