responsibilities :
Advising customers on the implementation and operation of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and customizations.
Supporting implementations spanning analysis, requirements gathering, and delivery of solutions.
Development and Customization
Power Apps: In-depth development and configuration tasks, including Canvas App creation and PCF Component customization.
Power Automate: Designing workflows and automating processes to align with customer needs.
Dataverse: Implementing data models, integrating third-party REST APIs, and defining pull-and-push interfaces.
Cloud Environment Operations:
Developing, deploying, and maintaining apps in Microsoft Azure environments.
Utilizing tools like Cloud Flows, REST APIs, and connectors for seamless integrations.
Automating deployments and managing ALM tasks for Power Platform with CI/CD practices.
Support and Application Management
Proactively supporting customers to ensure smooth operation of their solutions.
Improving application performance and resolving technical challenges using strong design and software development knowledge.

Technical Expertise
Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, JavaScript/TypeScript, and C#.
Strong programming knowledge in .NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Good knowledge of Cloud Flows, connectors, REST APIs, and the integration of third-party interfaces with Dataverse.
Solid understanding of software design, development, and process optimization.
Development Practices
Proficiency in developing Power Apps and Power Automate processes.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Cloud and Integration
Practical experience operating apps in Microsoft Azure environments.
Excellent skills integrating REST APIs and working with Dataverse-based solutions.
Soft Skills:
Good communication skills and proactive customer support approach.
Fluent English (B2+).
