T Hub – Junior Service Desk Specialist (1st Line) with German Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Operating system Windows Linux About the project We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to join the Global Application Service Desk (gASD). You will act as the first point of contact for users worldwide, providing high-quality IT support using ITIL-based processes. Your responsibilities Handle incoming tickets as 1st Line Support. Communicate with customers via phone and email. Resolve first-contact incidents using provided instructions. Ensure high service standards and support quality. Identify gaps and propose improvements. Create project documentation including use cases and instructions. Participate in team meetings within an international environment. Support Incident and Problem Management processes Availability for occasional on-call phone duty may be required Our requirements Excellent written and spoken German and English (minimum B2). Practical experience using PC and Internet tools. Willingness to learn and expand IT competencies. Optional ITIL knowledge. Experience in 1st Line Support.
