Experience in comparable tasks,
Strong Microsoft Intune Experience - Setup, configuring, Troubleshooting.
ITIL basic knowledge (ITIL Foundation certification),
ISMS and QM basic knowledge,
Shift Work availability,
Very good knowledge of common Windows operating systems,
Good knowledge of stationary and mobile workplace systems (desktop, notebook, smartphone, etc.),
Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS),
Initial experience with the Azure Cloud, particularly in relation to client management,
Systemic thinking, analytical skills, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, customer-oriented mindset and confident demeanour,
Very good knowledge of German (mandatory),
Knowledge of English at least at B1/B2 level,
Knowledge of trouble ticket systems (e.g. ServiceNow),
Professional, trustworthy and emphatic behavior and aptitude for on-site support with demanding customers.
