From the very beginning you will have a real impact on shaping the MVP of a product that will streamline the work of multiple departments of Deutsche Telekom Group. A new workflow-tool aims at optimizing the current manual process and reducing the complexity for all involved roles along the process.

• Develop and implement User Interfaces in chosen IoT projects,
• Ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and platforms,
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team (Product Owner, Solution Designer, UX/UI Designer, BE & FE Developers, Test Engineer) and engaged stakeholders to turn ideas into reality,
• Optimize performance, security and responsiveness of applications by identifying bottlenecks and bugs,
• Conduct testing and Quality Assurance for developed solutions - actively participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards,
• Participate in backlog refinement, planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as part of our Scrum team,
• Contribute to engaging review sessions for stakeholders, demonstrating the implemented features, explaining technical aspects in a business manner, ensuring transparency and continuous feedback.

Wymagania

• At least 3+ years of experience in Frontend Developer role
• Experience in Front End Frameworks: VueJS (vuejs.org) + NuxtJS (nuxtjs.org) and Vuetify (vuetifyjs.com) as UI Library
• Experience with markup Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Hands-on experience of working in Scrum (including the ability to define acceptance criteria that ensure shippable, high-quality product increment at the end of every Sprint)
• Great communication skills, enthusiasm to discuss results of the sprint increment during reviews and present technical aspects from the business perspective
• A team-player, contributing to product and sprint goals with engagement – goal orientation & pro-active attitude
• Structured way of working
• Assertiveness & reliability
• Very good English - C1 level (written and spoken)
