responsibilities :
Architecture, solution and implementation consulting
Advising our customers on the mapping of cloud‑based HCM processes and creation of target/actual concepts
Requirements and feasibility analyses, quotation calculation and presentation to customers
Development, conception and design of modern architectural solutions
requirements-expected :
SAP developer: minimum 3 years of professional experience as an ABAP developer with a focus on SAP HCM
Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or comparable training
Integrative system understanding and specific knowledge in the development of relevant processes in SAP HCM and S/4HANA
Experience in SAP application management as a developer or experience in S/4HANA implementation projects (brownfield/greenfield)
English B2
German C1 (or communicative and willingness to learn)
Willingness to familiarize yourself intensively with German legal requirements and framework conditions
