responsibilities :


  • Design and build interactive dashboards in Power BI for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding data.
  • Create visualizations that track KPIs for recruitment campaigns, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, intuitive, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (ATS such as Eightfold, job boards, social media platforms, and campaign analytics tools).
  • Develop and maintain data models for HR and marketing analytics.
  • Apply UX principles to deliver clear and actionable insights.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for recruitment efficiency, campaign performance, and employer branding impact.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize strategies.
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure compliance with governance standards.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Work closely with HR, Marketing, and Technology teams to prioritize features and deliver new dashboard functionalities.
  • Support user adoption through training and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and data quality.
  • Proactively propose solutions for data inconsistencies and usability improvements.

requirements-expected :


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role.
  • Advanced Power BI (Cloud & Desktop): DAX, data modeling, visualization, UX-focused design.
  • SQL and Azure for data integration.
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot, Power Query).
  • Understanding of recruiting funnels, campaign structures, and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with ATS (e.g., Eightfold) and job board analytics (LinkedIn, Indeed, Stepstone).
  • Knowledge of paid social media metrics and attribution logic.
  • Mapp (Webtrekk), Tealium IQ/EventStream.
  • A/B testing tools.
  • Jira for agile feature management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, curious, and user-focused approach.
  • Very good command of English (C1 level)
