About the project

As a Business Development Manager in the Financial Services domain, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing strategic areas of action based on the group strategy and business potential. Your role includes developing value propositions for selected product lines, collaborating with product, marketing, and commercial teams, and advising management on portfolio development.

Your responsibilities

Develop end-to-end value propositions for products within Financial Services
Create business models and profitability analyses for new and existing initiatives
Conduct market research and trend analysis to evaluate market potential
Identify portfolio gaps, growth opportunities, and implementation measures
Perform risk and feasibility analyses in close coordination with stakeholders
Manage strategic projects and provide guidance to senior management on technical and business matters

Our requirements

University degree (preferably in business administration, economics, or engineering) or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in business development
Strong knowledge of both traditional and agile collaboration methods
Proven experience in managing strategic projects, including international initiatives
Expertise in evaluating business opportunities and digital business models
Advanced market research and trend analysis skills
Ability to deliver comprehensive analyses and recommendations to senior leadership
Solid understanding of technology and strong customer/market orientation
Excellent communication skills with a solid ability in both written and verbal presentation (in English)
