responsibilities :
As a Digitalization Expert, you will play a key role in shaping and accelerating our digital transformation.
Identifying and selecting relevant digitalization trends and concepts, preparing decision templates, and driving implementation.
Proactively identifying new automation opportunities and developing corresponding use cases.
Designing solutions for particularly challenging automation scenarios and conducting both quantitative and qualitative evaluations of digitalization initiatives.
Analyzing, modeling, optimizing, and automating business processes, with a focus on international IP units.
Driving the digitalization of Plan & Rollout processes and workflows.
Designing and implementing the digital strategy—from strategic planning to operational execution.
Ensuring quality assurance and monitoring during rollout phases.
Identifying and evaluating digital and disruptive business models.
Developing and implementing concepts for a holistic end-to-end (E2E) process map, including all interfaces.
Acting as a multiplier, consultant, and point of contact for all topics related to digitalization.
Ensuring knowledge transfer and fostering digital progress across teams and stakeholders.
Managing complex digitalization projects across multiple teams and domains.
Documenting and tracking progress using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
requirements-expected :
University degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience in process analysis, modeling (e.g., BPMN), and automation (e.g., RPA, scripting).
Good knowledge of IP networks or a strong willingness to learn.
Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects.

Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, and transformation methodologies.
Familiarity with agile working methods and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Excellent communication and consulting skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of AI technologies (e.g., ASR, TTS, NLP, image recognition …) and their integration into processes and products.
Ability to develop holistic views of complex subjects, considering technical, business, customer, and regulatory aspects.
Fluent in English; German is a plus but not mandatory.
Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 1–2 times per year) , primarily to Germany.
