You will be responsible building cutting-edge AI systems - from design and training to integration into customer-facing products. If you thrive on solving complex problems using Machine & Deep Learning, GenAI & LLMs, possess expert-level Python skills and are driven by delivering tangible production value this is your opportunity to shape our product innovation. Your responsibilities Design, build and deploy solutions based on ML, LLMs and GenAI with a focus on enterprise production applications Design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest structured and unstructured data Implement GenAI components: pipelines, LLMs, RAGs and AI agents to solve complex business problems Develop a context-aware AI agents using LLMs Optimize AI models for performance, scalability and cost-effectiveness Conduct integration with applications (FastAPI, microservices) Implement MLOps/LLMOps: including automate training, validation, guardrails, deployment and model retraining Integrate different AI models into production systems working closely with other engineering teams Collaborate with data science, POs and IT teams to define requirements into implementation Our requirements Minimum 5 years in software engineering, data science or machine learning roles with strong AI focus Hands on experience of supervised, unsupervised and reinforcement learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks Extensive experience in working with LLMs (Transformer architecture, RAG, embeddings, bazy wektorowe, prompting techniques, managing large context, limitations, agent systems) Expert-level Python, LangChain/Llamaindex, FastAPI and SQL Understanding of principles of building autonomous agents Experience in designing and implementing advanced reasoning patterns Experience with SQL, data preprocessing, feature engineering, ETL pipelines and distributed computing frameworks Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, Git Proficiency of MLflow, Airflow/KubeFlow Knowledge of speech-to-text APIs and transcriptions processing Architectural thinking and business acumen What we offer Employment contract Additional day off on the occasion of birthdays/namedays Medical package and life insurance Benefit platform - you choose what you benefit from Access to training platforms to improve your knowledge I know Talent - training or money for referring friends to work !
