T Hub - AI Ops Engineer Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Operating system Windows About the project We are looking for an experienced AI Ops Engineer to be the backbone of our machine learning ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Data Science and Operations, ensuring our models are deployed reliably, scalably and securely. If you are passionate about AI/MLOps, automation and building robust, high-performance infrastructure on the cloud, we want you to help us drive our AI solutions from experiment to enterprise-grade reality. Your responsibilities Design, deploy and maintain scalable ML infrastructure and pipelines for production AI system Implement AI/MLOps best practices including model versioning, monitoring and automated retraining workflows Manage containerization and orchestration of AI workloads Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models and data processing workflows Monitor AI systems in production & track model performance Ensure security, compliance and governance standards across AI systems Build automation tools to streamline model lifecycle management Troubleshoot production incidents and implement solutions to prevent recurrence Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize model deployment and inference speed Our requirements Minimum 5 years in DevOps, MLOps or infrastructure engineering with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML systems Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow or similar platforms Strong Python skills Strong expertise in AWS, Azure or GCP with hands-on experience in their ML services Proficiency with Docker or Kubernetes Familiarity with Data Governance and Data Security principles within ML pipelines CI/CD: Expertise in Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or similar tools Monitoring: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack or similar monitoring solutions Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex systems What we offer Employment contract Additional day off on the occasion of birthdays/namedays Medical package and life insurance Benefit platform - you choose what you benefit from Access to training platforms to improve your knowledge I know Talent - training or money for referring friends to work !
