You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our cutting-edge models - from design and rigorous training to integration into customer-facing products. If you thrive on solving complex problems using Machine & Deep Learning, GenAI & LLMs, possess expert-level Python skills and are driven by delivering tangible production value, this is your opportunity to shape our product innovation. Your responsibilities Design, develop and deploy machine learning, deep learning and GenAI models to solve complex business problems Build and optimize data pipelines for training, validation and inference Conduct experiments to improve model accuracy, performance and efficiency Implement feature engineering techniques to extract meaningful insights from raw data Integrate AI models into production systems working closely with other engineering teams Optimize models for performance, scalability and cost-effectiveness Implement AI/MLOps pipelines including automate training, validation, deployment and model retraining Document technical approaches, model architectures and implementation details Collaborate with data science, POs and IT teams to define requirements into implementation Our requirements Minimum 5 years in software engineering, data science or machine learning roles with strong AI focus Deep understanding of supervised, unsupervised and reinforcement learning algorithms Hands-on experience with neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers and LLMs Expert-level Python with proficiency in its libraries Strong foundation in linear algebra, probability and statistics Experience with SQL, data preprocessing, feature engineering, ETL pipelines and distributed computing frameworks Knowledge of model serving frameworks i.e: FastAPI Strong skills in experimental design, hypothesis testing and performance evaluation Understanding of design patterns, testing and production-grade code practices What we offer Employment contract Additional day off on the occasion of birthdays/namedays Medical package and life insurance Benefit platform - you choose what you benefit from Access to training platforms to improve your knowledge I know Talent - training or money for referring friends to work !
